The «catering to impress» philosophy is what made us an industry leader. We always knew from the get-go that the service and food we would offer had to be the best and the one clients think of when planning a party or special event; but how do you transmit that thought to customers in a simple phrase? back then, our most meaningful tagline had not made it to our front page yet. It wasn’t until one day at one of our clients cocktail party that we had an inspirational idea when one of the guests came to us and said «that was an impressive cooking, and the food is delicious». At that moment, we knew that «catering to impress» was the most meaningful way to let customers know how we feel about serving them. When we come to your event, our main goal is to impress and we know our delicious spanish cuisine and great service will deliver.

The day of the event

We come to the event fully prepared to cook a fresh meal for you and your guests. Since we are making your meal on site, we are usually expected to start cooking 2 hours before serving time. After the food is ready, we’ll stay up to 2 hours to serve your meal.
